Safe key access was great, but no overnight staff was concerning.

I loved the comfy beds—it felt like sinking into a cloud after a day of culinary adventures! The location is spot on, surrounded by tasty local eateries, and the receptionist was super friendly and knew all the hot spots for grub.
Now, on the flip side, the hotel didn't have 24/7 staff, which kinda bummed me out. Plus, the kitchen was there but no utensils or plates were provided. It felt like a missed opportunity for some in-room dining magic.

The spacious rooms were inviting and had a lovely kitchen setup that made me feel at home. The wood floors were easy to navigate, which added to the overall charm of the hotel for a senior like me.
More welcoming staff at the front desk.

The room felt spacious and clean, with a large kitchenette that made it feel more like home, but some basic amenities were missing. Staff responsiveness was hit or miss, and the lack of proper curtains made sleeping tricky with outside lights shining in.

great access to parks and essential shopping areas
I truly appreciated how clean and nearly new the building felt, along with its great hot shower and nice large TV, which made my stay more enjoyable, especially after a long day exploring nearby Koons Park, just a little over 2 km away, where I loved strolling through the scenic paths before settling in for the night.

I really appreciated the comfortable beds that felt like clouds after busy days. The location was fantastic, surrounded by great local restaurants. Plus, the staff were super friendly and always ready to help us find the best spots around town! Now, on the flip side, the kitchen lacked essential utensils for cooking, which was disappointing. I wanted to prepare some meals but ended up having to eat out. Also, it would be better if they had 24/7 staff on site for any emergencies. Overall, my stay was mostly enjoyable, but those kitchenware issues could definitely use some attention.

I recently stayed at Woodspring Suites and found the room to be spacious with a nice kitchen setup that accommodated my needs. The beds felt incredibly comfortable, like sinking into clouds after a long day. Staff members were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer my questions and guide me on local spots. However, the kitchen lacked essential utensils for cooking, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel didn’t have 24/7 staff available, leaving me feeling a bit uneasy at times. Overall, my stay was good, but those kitchen and staffing issues took away from the experience.
